What sports should i play?

i am 14 and i play baseball basketball and soccer. i am 6'1". i am definately going to continue with soccer because i am going to be on the varsity team in my freshman year and i have to chose either basketball or baseball. with basketball i was recently on the C team for travel but i made the school team in 7th and 8th grade i have often gotten alot of critisism for not being agressive enough . with baseball i only plat babe ruth and dont play on any aau teams but i have heard many comments on me being very good and although i dont have much experience i was hitting better than all of the aau players on my team and for that team iplay first because i am a lefty. and right now i play for an aau soccer team and a travel soccer team so in highschool i will only have time for baseball or basketball

Maplestory Crashes 20-60 seconds after i log in - Why?

I run a 64-bit Vista with 6GB RAM dual core processor and 600GB HD space (i think 313GB left) and have never had this problem before. However, now, whenever i log into the game, I have enough time to go to the jesters room and get onto the top left plat - But whenever i use slashstorm, MS crashes. I don't know if its random or anything, but its really annoying. Its not just once or twice - i've loaded the game about 8 times now and the same thing keeps happening, + or - a few seconds. My step son is stealing from my house?

My partner and I have a 3 month old together. I also have a 16 year old and seven year old to my husband who passed away. My current partner has a 12 year old daughter to one woman, and a 11 year old son and 7 year old daughter to another woman. He has his kids over every second weekend and any other time the mothers ask him to, which lately has been most weekends. These kids are very poorly behaved. 2 visits ago the 11 year old boy was standing on the edge of the pool peeing in it and the 7 year old poohed beside the pool. Neither child was smacked, just told if they did it again they would be banned for a while. They run around my house all weekend. Make mess everywhere. Grab fresh towels for every swim and every shower. Only eat crap food. To the point where I really can't be bothered cooking for them any more cause they just say Yuk! and don't eat it. The very last visit they were going through my boxes downstairs, these boxes where sealed. I caught them and told them in no uncertain terms to stay out of them. I have my dead husband in an urn in one of those boxes and a heap of other valuables. I also have a presents box with new stuff I had bought on sale that is great for gifts. This box had been gone through. Again I said stay away from my things. The night after they left, I found tags from the new things in the box discarded on the floor and noticed that the items attached to these tags had disappeared. I told my partner and he rang his son and he had the items. He said my 7 year old daughter said he could have them, which I know is rubbish because she was the one that alerted me to them going through my stuff. My partner saw he had some of his stuff from downstairs when he was leaving but decided he could have what he had found of his. He asked him what else he had in his bag, and he said nothing. I should have insisted we check his bag but didn't. My partner believes that he hasn't done anything wrong because he believes my 7 year old said he could have my stuff. Forget that I said said stay away from my boxes and even asked him to reinforce that. I get so frustrated. These aren't my children, but this is my house. Shouldn't I have more control in my own home?

Help!?!?!?!?! in-law advice, please? (LONG!)?

My husband's mother-in-law is making me insane! And yes, I know that my husband's mother-in-law is my mom, thank you. That is why I am putting this out on y! answers. I know that she will not see it because she never gets online. I really need to vent. I would appreciate any suggestions that can get me and my kids out of the house. First of all, I do have to say that we are currently living with my parents so we can save up enough money for a down payment on a house. I appreciate my mom letting us stay here rent free, but I'm starting to wonder if it's really worth it. To start, my mother is a hoarder. If you have ever seen the show, she's not quite that bad, but only because she has people constantly cleaning and throwing stuff away. Se gets ticked off when we do clean and throw stuff away, btw. That, I have accepted. Moving on, my mother has no regard for others. She continues to disregard the rules that i have put in place for my kids. I do not allow my children to have milk or snacks right before dinner. This is so they will actually eat what is placed before them. Makes sense, right? Well, I thought so. Either my mom doesn't understand this concept or she doesn't care. Always breaking that rule. Anyway, as part of her hoarding, she refuses to properly load the dishwasher. She insists on cramming EVERY dish in the house in there and then shoving the door shut. The dishwasher was barely squeaking by until this week. She decided that the door to the dishwasher was just being stubborn. It couldn't be the crapload of dishes she had stuffed in there that was keeping the door from closing. Maybe if she just pushed a little harder.... And now we have no (working) dishwasher. She won't wash the dishes by hand, oh no. In fact, she is still putting stuff in there. I sometimes wonder if my mother is mentally incapacitated. So, the kitchen is filled with dishes despite the fact that my husband and I are spending every spare moment between; working, cleaning the rest of the house, cooking all the meals, and chasing our two kids; doing dishes. I can't talk to her without losing my temper, but my husband, wonderful man that he is, finally talked her into putting some money toward a new dishwasher. We will have to pay the majority of the bill, out of the money that is supposed to be going toward the house, but at least we will have clean dishes and one less thing to worry about. That is, until she breaks the new dishwasher, then, I might go beserk. This, among other things what is bothering me at this moment. I know she will not do anything differently, so I guess what I am asking is for suggestions on how to keep calm so we don't get kicked out. I will try anything at this point. Anything is appreciated, sorry so long.

Wireless router connection?

I work in a small office. We have three desktops and one laptop. We currently have a DSL modem from AT&T and a wireless router. The modem is hooked up to one desktop and the router is in a separate room because it has to reach downstairs. We just bought a new router from Cisco, and it would only work if we had it connected to the PC that is connected to the modem. I want to have the router in the room where the old router was. Why won't the router work when it isn't connected to the PC that is connected to the modem? Does a wireless router have to be connected to a PC? I know that it has to be connected to the modem, and it was, but it still wasn't working. Please explain to me why it isn't working. The plainer the English, the better as I am not exactly a computer whiz. Thanks for your help!

I hate my mother, you HAVE to read this, it is all real!?

I hate my mother so much, you seriously have to read this and think if it is normal. No question surrounds that my mother and i have never seen eye to eye. I am a straight a student, achived 3a*s and 8a's at GCSE and 4 A's at A level. My mother's response to me doing well after my sociology a level and getting an a was not well done son but rather i got an a in sociology in the most spiteful and harsh tone ever. Before my a level exam actually it was my mother's day off and she had already said she would not be taking me to school as she wanted a lie in. That was fine, i got the bus to and fro school for every exam and so it didnt bother me, however the way she acted this day really pissed me off. My exam was actually at 2 and she couldnt be bothered to even get out of bed at even 1 o'clock to drive me to school but the reason she would not get out of bed is because i could vividly and clear as day hear her having sex with her boyfriend. I had an important a level exam and my mother refused to take me at 1 o'clcok in the afternoon because she was too busy having sex, surely that's not right!?!. I confronted her about this and her response to this was not i'm sorry but rather, and i quote as i can remember, "it's my house, not your's, i will do what i fuc**ing want". I was ten minutes late for my exam because i had to get the bus but i couldnt even be bothered with the hassle of telling her. 3 days later, i woke up for school and she had left for work, i went in to the bathroom and she had left a used condom in the toilet present for everyone to see, including my 14 year old brother, absolutely disgusting. Her response to this was again, "its my ******ing house, i will do what the fu*k i want". My brother needed the bathroom so i had to fish a used condom out of the toilet. Obviously i confronted her about this and she literally went off on the biggest rant i have ever witnessed, swearing left right and centre, when i was talking to her in a manner, raised as it was due to what she had did, never swearing at her. She has also came down the stair's on christmas day with her dressing gown wide open as she was drunk from the night before. She has done this several times and one time she answered the door to my friend, who was then 15 with here dressing gown, as usual wide open, with everything on show and when i tell her to put some clothes on she constantly for some uknown reason tells me to fu**k off and stop trying to be her dad. This is not the behaviour of a woman functioning normally surely. My brother has also witnessed her having sex with her bedroom door wide open at 9 o'clock in the evening and my brother said her boyfriend (her 2nd boyfriend out of 6 in a space of 6 years actually looked at him and just carried on. My brother was in tears and came into my room. My mother accused him of lying saying he was making it up even though she could be heard clearly even downstairs and he would not lie or make up a story about such a thing. The amount of times my mother has said that she wished i never lived in the house and that she didnt have to know me can not be counted. She talks to me like i am subhuman and near enough every day, every couple of hours tells me to fu**k off and launches into a torrent of abuse for god knows reasons. The very moment i am writing this for instance, just two hours earlier, beacuse i have no money as i am saving up for univeristy and am in the limbo between exam results and university and so can not realisticly find a job that will be happy to employ me and get rid of me in 2 months, i couldnt go out today as i have no money. She launched with abuse about how i have no friends and go fu**k off and live somewhere else. This is commonplace, she constantly swears it me and i cannot honestly remeber the last time she has talked to me without swearing at me, i dont swear at her, you have to believe me, i really dont. This is not normal, i didnt even say anything to her to induce anything! She constantly lowers my self esteem as well and always makes me feel self conscious about my weight and appeareance. On one occasion she said to me do you think your good looking and i replied i'm average i suppose to which, my mother laughed and said something under her breath. This post contains just a small number of incidents with my, and i hate to say it, my mother. I can not begin to express the hundereds of other times she has done stuff like this. On a final note, i will talk about how the last time she has took me and my brother on holiday was when i was 10 years old. I understand she doenst have alot of money but the thing is she has been on holiday every year since with one of her many boyfriends. Is this a good way to prepare for the weekend?

I wake up every Friday morning at 7 am, then I go downstairs and gotta get my bowl, gotta get my cereal. I then walk to the bus stop where I see my friends, spend 45 minutes with "front seat back seat dilemma" and finally decide on the only seat that was available the whole time. While in the car driving to school, me and my friends start casually singing and it suddenly turns into night time where we start partying on top of the car. ok so i have been dating this guy for a ouple of months, hes everything i have ever wnated except one thing.. and to be honest i dont know what it is. When we first met he asked me for my number and i gave it to him, then we started hanging out and he always wanted to talk and text. So he was kinda benig annoying but then i really started liking him. Well he is not originally from here, he moved here to be with this girl he was dating a while ago. Well we started hanging out more and more. and then we got a hotel together bc i live with my parents and he lives with her so we couldnt hang out with each other. He didnt try to do anything with me when we layed in the bed or anything. He knew i was cold the first night so he cuddled with me and he cuddled with me for a few days, and i made the first move.He had court one day, and he left at 7:30 in the morning and his court time was at 9:30. But he was gone all day. So he texted me from his phone pretending to be his brother and told me that he had gotten locked up and all kinds of things, i knew it was him bc i knew how he texted. But i played along and he asked me how i felt about him, and i told him then i told him that i knew it was him the whole time. So then we started dating and he has a hard time trusting people so he didnt open up. And he would just randomly not come back to the hotel, and he would tell me he was going to his brothers to do laundry. I believed him, until i found out his brother had moved to a diff city 4 days before. Well he bought me flowers and a card, and apologized for lieing. And these werent cheap flowers. So i thought he was sserious that time, well he did it again but didnt say he was going to his brothers he told me straight up he was going to that girls house, but he lives there. Theres no where else for him to go where im at bc all his family lives in a dif state. Si i understand he had to go back there sometimes so she didnt kick him out and he would have no where to go. AWOL from basic training?

Im a 23 year old female. I joined the army and during week 4 of training while i was in the gas chamber i was struck in the chest multiple times by the drill sgts. For the following next few days i went to sick call and complained of chest pains pressure the whole shebang. Anyhowm everytime i went they gave me medicine for allergies because apparently fort jackson is known for pollen. So one night i could no longer bare it i was on the floor screaming in pain and buzzing the drill sgts with no answer. I set off the alarms and ran downstairs banging on the ds door and he came out cursing and yelling. He eventually brought me to the hospital and i sat in a chair for 11 hrs before a doctor even saw me. he again prescribed ibuprofen and clairitin and i begged for bloodwork. he agreed, withing 45 minutes i was in an ambulance off post where i stayed for 5 days. I had damage consistent with a heartattack and a cardiac contusion (bruise on my heart) myocarditis. I also had Supraventricular tachycardias while i was in the hospital. So when i was discharged the army sent me home on 30 days con leave. When i got back my company was about to graduating i was forced to do everything with them although i wasnt feeling up to it and i was not training. i had to do shitty details but nothing compared to when we got switched over to the holdover company. We were in the scorching heat painting sweeping the concrete policing the hills it was ridiculous from sun up to sun down we were working. One day i had BAD chest pain so i went to sick call. Although i was on a dead mans profile and although i was awaiting a discharge and i told her of my pains and previous history she took me off profile and sent me on my way with an icepack and ibuprofen. when i got back to the company i snapped, i put on my civilians and took off running. Ive now been home for almost 45 days. Im scared to go back because i dont want jailtime, what should i do?

Maybe you could also rearrange your room differently to change the floor space. How can I abstain from using the internet when I have better things to do?

I realize how my addiction to the internet is ruining both my character and my intellect. It seems like every time I sit down and try to study or read a book, my mind inadvertently wonders whether communitychannel has been making any new videos lately, or if I have any new notifications on facebook or something. All this is so stupid, and has really hurt my school grades. Last year I barely touched the computer, and I did all my homework on time and actually could focus in my studies. I was smart then. So I had to cram about 10 chapters of math the night before. OMG, right? I still somehow managed to get an ok score, but I knew I could've done was better. Also, my obsession has also taken a toll on my emotional well-being. For some reason, going on facebook and youtube makes me feel depressed and agitated. Reading has always helped me let go of stress, but now I'm never even in the mood to pick up a book! About 2 hours ago, I'd promised myself I would finish the first draft of a short story I plannned on writing. But after 10 minutes, I find myself here. On the stupid, evil, and seductive INTERNET! Awkward situation regarding my neighbour - what would you do?

My husband is forever complaining about the noise our downstairs neighbour makes and to be honest, i don't think he's that loud. We live in a flat so there has to be a bit of give and take where noise is concerned. How to study for finals? help!(read description)?

Man I've gotten my self into some deep trouble.I promised myself to do good freshman year but i didn't. out of these four quarters I haven't done good in any classes, except french and guitar, which aren't as important. My other classes will probably average out to C's for the final grade.and now I'm worried because finals is worth 10% of our grade. and if I don't pass with a 70% for the whole year of that class I will have to retake it next year. Tomorrow I'm taking my science finals.And Im horrible at it. first I need to know How do I calculate what I need on the finals to get a 70 or higher. and second is studying now(cramming) a bad thing for me to do? and if I do cram will it at least give me a good grade?

Right ok so my friend ive knew forever (who is my age, 20 and male) and our mutual friend (who's 19 is another girl like me) were having a drink at HIS house (his parents were away) after id been to work all day. Id had no sleep the night before bear in mind. So I went they'd already started drinking and were at least 1 drink ahead of me so I poured myself a pint of mine and rank it pretty quick, felt fine. anyhoo over the next hour his younger brother who's 17 came in said hiya to us and went out the room. All cool, then my friend (the girl) went downstairs and was talkin to him while he was on the computer and we all get on ok anyway. I went in there and we were talking and drinking and after some time my friend the girl went to keep our other friend company and see what he was up to, anyway before i knew it i was pretty drunk and me and him had been sat alone talking for a while and just listening to music while he was on the pc and eating a pizza lol, he offered me some of it i probably should have said yeah and i might have been in a much better state later in the night. So i needed a cigarette and couldnt find my so talking him into saving me half (he had 3 in total, and we had to go outside for it) so we went out the back chatted fine and before i knew it it was like playfully chatting and flirting and he kissed me! (i was really tipsy though) and we were kissing loads it felt fun but risky as the others couldnt know and they could come look for us anytime. I remember our female friend came out and we were in a corner of the yard near the rabbit hutch and somehow we managed to make it look innocent ha..we all went in i was the last of us going up the stairs and he was touching my hands i think from behind his back as the girl mate was the first up the stairs. we all went in MY lad friends room and just sat around again listening to music and me and this guy were both in there (me still real tipsy) things happened, 3 of us ended up hanging in and out the 17 year old brothers bedroom. and he kept making comments that i was sleeping and staying in his bed and stuff. a couple of times we were alone and just kissed and i'm sure he had ideas to do more given half the chance but i wouldn't... and couldn't anyway as i was on my period at the time of all this. but i keep getting flashbacks of parts after this i dont know if he put his hands down my trousers which im pretty mortified about tbh but i vaguely remember him saying "theres no blood" and i said "there will be, trust me"...its so blurry and was the moment i woke up in his sisters room. There was blood on her dressing gown and i cant remember getting there or the last parts of the night. I went to bed alone but i dont remember or anything which is bothering me so much. it feels like because i know him i cant live with little parts of my memory on it being missing. I pass this guy atleast once a week sometimes more just going out my house. other than that im going on holiday with his sister in october and have to go to their house sometimes and its gonna be so awkward now if i see him there. Anyone who reads this what would you suggest i do or play it now? to stop any further embarrassment to myself or him really, because theres nothing i can do to change whatevers happened now. I dont think anybody else knows what happened like my friends or his parents im sure someone would have said something by now if so!! D: Any suggestions or comments or anything anyone? apart from stupid ones, tar! :)

Hi Hannah personally myself having many phones over the years & expiriencing what each phone does ive found that the older phones are more reliable everyone may laugh but at the mo im using & i prefer using my sony ericsson w850i which is about 5 years old & it still works as good as new despite having a sony ericsson experia x8 the w850i is basically an old walkman phone the reason i prefer my older phone is because the battery life is a lot better than some of the newer smart phones ! everyone has there own opinions of phones now because i dont really make full use if the internet on my phone now i would be quite happy with a phone that just makes calls sends texts & have a fm radio on it for the music im not even worried about a camera on the phone ! as you say hannah a lot of the smart phones have so much crammed into them yes its ok if you make full use of the phone but also what you need to think about is the more thats on the phone the more thats going to go wrong with it ! your NOT stupid at all in the way you think because a lot of people have phones for fashion statements i.e like having a i-phone blackberry & htc everyones got them but they dont interest me at all .... hope this answers your question .. sly

Do you always have to put tall plats in back of your aquarium?

I have a 10 gallon cycled tank with aponogeton plants sprouting from bulbs. Okay, its about 2 rooted plants already grown and 4 more bulbs that sprouted 2 inches. One aponogeton is in the front, and is very tall, but its too late to put it to the back of the tank. Its about 14 inches high and the roots have spread widely. Do you guys always put the tall plats in the back? Is 6 plants [im adding more soon, maybe java moss and a lilly bulb plant] too much for my tank? I have a betta, a snail, 4 platies, and 4 shrimp. And 3 plastic plants i'll remove as soon as the rest of my bulbs root and grow.

Cannot access modem from desktop but fine from laptop?

I was having problems with my desktop so I reloaded Windows XP onto it. In the meantime I have had my laptop connected directly into my cable modem to use the internet for a couple of weeks. I want to have my wireless network downstairs from the desktop and according to the router and cable company instructions I need to be able to access the internet from the computer (the dekstop) in order to install the router. My problem is that I have the modem all set up and connected to the cable and into the desktop but it won't connect to the internet. In this same configuration, if I plug the Ethernet to my laptop I have my internet connection. Because I just reloaded Windows XP and it is a completely clean slate, is there anything I have to do to that computer to allow it to go online because it can't be a problem with the modem since I am using it to type this question. What should I do? Thanks!

How to start off my Fantasy story? Help?

okay before i start, im on a phone writing this. Im only 14. Herp, now lets go! I have done about 1990 words so far, but i have a feeling the begging (that's all 1990 words) is not very attention grabbing. Its the usual "Wake up morning routine" sprinkled differently to match the characters and setting. But part of me want to cut off ALL of the waking up part and start off where the Main character is in a forest with his beloved pet cat. That's where the first action happens. Again on my phone So... Is my 16 year old daughter suffering with depression?

In the last few months I've noticed a real change in her. She's withdrawn from me a lot, she snaps a lot, avoids meal times where there is a lot of conversation, she doesnt come downstairs in the evenings anymore, she just stays in her bedroom. If one of her friends calls the house phone she looks at the caller id and yells for no one to pick it up because she says she doesnt feel like talking to them. She goes out a lot less and just sits on her laptop all day. (She's just left school and finished exams) When she does go out its often little walks on her own. She seems generally down and very easily irritated. It's just very different from what she is normally like. Does it sound to you like depression or am I simply being a neurotic mother?

Alright, this is purely constructive. So, you're sentence fluency isn't the best, and I seriously want to copy this and edit it, but I won't since it's your paper. I would, however, go through and change the first word of every sentence. Never use the same first word more than two times or else the paper gets really repetitive. Also, it's almost too descriptive. Finding the balance between under descriptive and over descriptive isn't too hard, just read over it and only emphasize what's REALLY important to you. Also, it might be because it's not done, but there doesn't seem to be any point. Be sure to find an important element and bring that through. At this point...I'd give you a B, but I'd love to read it when you're done editing! Best of luck!

Year 9 End of Year Exams: How Important Are They?

I had my year 9 exams a few years ago(the year that the government got rid of SATs). My school and probably your school as well will, use them as a guideline for what you are likely to achieve at GCSE, all schools to some extent will do this, as this is the only real test period which you have had for a good few years. As for how they might affects your GCSE's and further life, they may have a bearing on if you will be allowed to take or join a particular course at GCSE level. But as far as careers go, I've never heard of a employer asking to see your year 9 test results, at the least they will look at your GCSE results if you do not have any further education qualifications. As for the cramming and revising, all I can say is calm down. These tests are not the be all and end all, and at the end of the day you can only try your best, but revising a lot beforehand means that even if you don't get the marks you want, you can say that you tried your best. I too have anxiety problems when it comes to revising. Hope this helps =]

Why are is my sleep/dreams becoming extremely intense. PLEASE HELP ME !?

So when I went to sleep on 6/27/2011 I went to sleep and dreamed that I was just sitting in my room staring at my closet. I know that it has nothing to do with being gay because im the farthest thing from it and right after that phase of the dream I was having sex with a girl that I was rather attracted to. But they were different from my normal dreams. They were more real. Like after the sex scene I was walking with a friend and I saw this girl who lived in las vegas nevada. But she was walking in my hometown in Ohio. the next morning she posted a status saying she was on a flight to Ohio for 2 weeks. But apparantly she was just kidding. Its just odd that she even joked about coming here. as if its on her mind. and its also in my dreams ? But the next night (which is tonite) I remember directly before I entered my deep sleep I remembered having a little nap. But in this nap I litterally CREATED MY DREAM. Like everything that happened. I thought it up and it just started to happen. Like I was walking through a town of all wooden houses because I like wooden houses. and I picked up a saumari helmet and I wanted to get hit in the head with a chinese throwing star. and I did right after I thought about it. So am I creating ? or am I predicting ? But anyway Once I entered my deep sleep I dreamed that someone was knocking on my garage door for some odd reason late at night. (notice both me dreams the past 2 nights have taken place mostly at home. I usually never have dreams at home. So anyway back to my dream. I went downstairs to let whoever in. I opened the garage door and I seen nobody.. so went to my front door. and It was open. I got really scared cause this dream seemed also very real. When I got inside I found one of my friends named James In my living room. He told me he was piss drunk and needed a place to stay. In real life ohio. School has just let out. and James has actually been doing much partying (when I always wished hed come to football practice instead). so I let him sleep. but than if i remember correctly James was having trouble with something. I heard him from my room upstairs. It had to be something very loud for me to hear it. But when I went downstairs he was gone. Than I was for some reason riding in the car with my parents and they were talking to me about james. than we randomly stopped and looked at a group of kids coming out of a church who were extremely intoxicated. The kids that I seen have been doing alot of partying in real life due to their graduation and they were successful track athletes. So that was predictable I guess. So that diddnt bug me that much other than it was a wierd dream. But when I woke up from the dream. I was awoken to my laptop being on even though it was off when I went to sleep. and a song was playing on youtube. what could of made it play ? it wasnt on repeat or loop or anything because after I woke up the song was almost over and than it stopped playing. What to do with bad neighbors?

My fiance and I moved into a 2 family house 9 months ago. We live upstairs and a young man lives downstairs. We never had any problems up until 2 months ago. The guy downstairs had his "ex-girlfriend" move in that had just gotten out of jail so she had no where else to go. Before she moved in he also had another guy living their undercover that was not on the lease (but he kept a low profile and was no probelm). Also, we have a dog that we had to sign a contract for and pay a pet fee for every month. He has a huge dog and a cat living their without permission and now this girl. I dont care as long as they arent causing problems. But ever since he had this girl move in who isnt on the lease she has been telling my finace and I what she does and doesnt want us to do with our apartment. Telling us to keep our dog on a leash (he's a 10 lb. chihuahua) and not put our cigarte butts in front of OUR door. She mouths off comments to us every time we are outside. She has her dog out all day and we can't even use our yard. They smoke pot in their garage every night and have all their friends over every night drinking and standing around in the driveway till all hours of the night. We have never said anything to our land lord. We just moved to the area from hours away and dont know anyone here. But, this past weekend I had my sister and brother in law up to visit and I could tell the neigbors downstairs were pissed that I had visitors. They brought their two golden retreivers along and my bro in law was out on the lawn with his dog on a leash taking her to go poddy and someone downstairs told him to get off of the property before the dog downstairs bites his dog..I confronted the guy downstairs about EVERYTHING that has been going on since this girl moved in (bc it is her dog and cat) and he said that he would talk to her. Well, nothing happend and it continued. My finace callled the landlord and the landlord said that she is not on the lease there and that she is not allowed there and he doesnt want her living there. However, she wont leave and sits down on her porch and talks s*** all day long with her friends. We cant use the lawn and everytime we go outside she stares us down. My Fiance drives truck so I am here a lot alone and I hate it. They found out that we called the land lord and he came to my door and she came out and starting screaming at me out in the front yard at the top of her lungs. I just went in and said "i'm done" . My question after all this is what can I do? It's obvious the landlord isnt going to kick her out but she is not on the lease and I cant stand to live here with her anymore, but we are building a house and givinig our notice in 3 months and we are not going to move to another place for three months only....

And i hate when she leaves dirty water in the side of the sink with the garbage disposal because i have to stick my hand in there and pull the plug out. And she always makes a mess with the food she leaves crumbs everywhere and my mom blames them on me. Are cats allowed to roam freely around a private adoption agency in New York State?

I recently moved in to an apartment in Columbia County in New York. I have two neighbors that live downstairs that own a private adoption agency right around the corner. I was walking to the store a couple days ago and to my surprise I saw all of the cats wondering around the the the building where the agency is through the store front. I am from a whole different state and that's not allowed where I used to live. So I was a little shocked to see this!! I thought they had gotten loose. How old do I have to be to rent a hotel room or apartment?

I'm 16 almost 17 and I really want to move out of my house. I just hate my house because It's full of **** we don't need because my dad has OCD and just has a packrat mantality (no its not as bad as a hoarder). For example, I was going to live in the basement with just my bedroom, my clothes and a tv. And he just crammed it up with a bunch of bookshelves and books that he never reads. My dad is also a control freak, the only way I can explain it is that its like living with a drill sergeant. VMS4 DJ Eqpt. & Airport Security?

I am planning on brining a VMS4 DJ unit (a USB controller/mixer). It is platted steel, which means that it will show up as a huge white block on x-ray machines at the airport. I am traveling pretty far, Chicago to Bangkok, so I will go through security more than once. I thought it would be a bad idea to put it into a suitecase, being at risk they will crack open the suite case to see what the huge metalic box is on their x-rays. Will have have any problems if I carry it on hand? (Using a baffle bag). The last thing I want is for security to tell me I can't bring it on board, something which costs $500 (thats cheap for a DJ analog/digital mixer btw)

I've had 3 months off time at the gym, how will this affect my performance?

I stopped going about 3 months ago as I was having exams, tests, lots of deadlines and was trying to cram it all in. After 3 months how is my weight training going to have been affected. I was doing the lot, chest shoulders, arms, back, legs etc. Is there a good way to start again or should I just go straight in attempting to do as close as possible, to what I was doing 3 months ago?

I need help with crate training!!! need experienced answere!?

I adopted a two year old toy poodle ( about 5 pounds) I've been trying to crate train her for almost two months. She is in a very small wire kennel for her size. ( she only has enough room to sit or lay down.) But she pees and poops where she lays. I take her potty with my other dog (also 5 pounds) four times a day. I feel so bad for.her because I keep her in there most of the time, if I don't she poops and pees on the sofa! I just don't understand what could be going wrong. Dogs aren't supposed to like deficating where they lay! On the rare occasion my other dog has an accident in her crate she would be crammed in the corner as if it would burn her if she touched it. This dog dances in it! Yuck I tried taking them potty together 5 times a day and after she's peed outside she'll potty in it two hours later.
