I'm scared shitless!?

I hear noises downstairs and it was last night. We just got this house 5 years ago. I heard some plastic market bags moving around. Then I heard like someone was spraying a glade aerosol followed by the squeeking of the metal door handle downstairs like someone was getting in. Then I hear more strange noises. This isn't the first time I go thru this. Its happened to my sister and grandma as well. And I've had an experience before. Not as big tho. I just want to get some input.
